Free range eggs (from my cousins chickens) cooked over-easy
Homemade waffles cooked until crispy with fresh strawberries and a teeny amount of organic dark maple syrup 
Yves faux-breakfast sausages cooked until crispy, doused in dark organic maple syrup
Plus a HUGE cup of fresh coffee with a little bit of soy milk

I made waffles for the first time ever for breakfast this morning! Aren’t they beautiful? I used my brand-spanken-new-never-been-used- waffle-iron I got for $10 dollars at a garage sale! It was surprisingly easy, and they were seriously delicious! With a little bit of butter and some dark, organic pure maple syrup.. num-o!!
